BARROW boss Paul Cox accepts his team are very much a work-inprogress and their slow start is in part down to an unforgiving summer in the transfer market.
The Bluebirds boss said goodbye to a number of players he didn’t want to lose in the close season and has been forced to undertake a restoration job at Holker Street.
First to go was captain Danny Livesey to big spending Salford City, and they then lost talented winger Ryan Williams to Rochdale, while Nick Anderton secured a move to League One Blackpool.
