A FIRST-HALF strike from Adam Morgan proved enough to give Halifax their first win of the season.
But it was harsh on the home side, who dominated the second period only for their finishing to let them down.
“That’s our worst performance in the four games we’ve played this season and yet that’s our first three points,” visiting boss Billy Heath admitted.
“But that’s football! We were comfortable first half but we didn’t really play after the break but the important thing is that win column.”
