BASFORD United maintained their 100 percent start to the season with a stunning win at promotion favourites Corby Town as they won at an absolute canter.
In an even first half Basford were first to show, James Reid’s 17th minute shot was tipped over by home goalkeeper Paul Bastock.
Corby’s pressure finally paid off five minutes before the break, Jack McGovern shooting beyond Saul Deeney from ten yards.
