Maidstone, Sutton and Bromley join forces to fight against ban

MAIDSTONE UNITED director Oliver Ash believes the joint statement released by the Stones, Sutton United and Bromley calling for rules on 3G pitches in the Football League to be reformed has pushed the issue closer to being back on the agenda.
The National League’s plastic trio are urging for the EFL, National League and the Football Association to show leadership on the issue.
As it stands, clubs are banned from playing in the Football League on an artificial surface.
