DESPITE the lack of goals, Paul Cox was impressed with his new Guiseley side as they took a point against Eastleigh.
“I think we have a lot to build on,” said Cox. “I asked the group to do quite a bit from just two sessions with them, and our decision-making will improve. Overall I’m pleased with how the lads have done.”
Early on, recalled Guiseley forward Raul Correia saw his effort well saved as Eastleigh stopper Graham Stack did well to palm his effort away.
