THE HONOURS were shared as Cray Wanderers and Chipstead fought out a lively goalless draw at Hayes Lane.
Cray dominated the early stages but Chipstead had the best opportunity when Oliver Twum was denied by a brave block from keeper Jordan Carey.
Cray had chances before half time falling to Karl Dent and Lea Dawson who both fired over the bar but the half was marred when Cray’s Dean Carpenter had to leave the field after half an hour through concussion.
