IN A PULSATING game, Colwyn Bay emerged victorious after a titanic struggle.
The visitors grabbed the initiative in the first few minutes with a penalty on four minutes converted by Jamie Rainford and then, on eight minutes after a defensive howler, Astley Mulholland carved open the defence and walked the ball home.
The second half was all Clitheroe. Chances rained in on the Bay goal but keeper Matt Cooper was in outstanding form.
