BARTON Town have appointed former Hall Road Rangers boss David Ricardo as their new manager.
Ricardo, who quit Hall Road last month, has the task of pulling Barton out of the bottom two in the Toolstation Northern Counties East Premier alongside assistant Gary Allanson.
The pair have replaced Dave Botham and Paul Foot who quit after Barton were knocked out of the FA Vase by pointless basement side Clipstone
