ROMFORD suffered heartbreak at the death as Bury snatched a dramatic injury-time winner.
Bury were reduced to ten men in the first half by Darren Mills’ red card and Craig Jeakins gave Boro the lead five minutes after coming on and the hosts looked likely to record their second win on the season
But Bury hit back with goals in the 79th minute through Ollie Hughes before Tevan Allen won it in injury when his shot from distance sneaked in.
The loss keeps Romford rooted to the table’s basement.
