ALFIE Paxman came desperately close to notching a last-minute winner for the Rams but could not get enough purchase on the ball to beat Will Dennis in the visitors’ goal.
Guernsey had shaded the second half with Ross Allen missing a sitter on 56 minutes and shooting over from a free-kick on 69 minutes.
Paris Pereira also missed a good chance on 70 minutes and the Rams came close when Jake Munday headed over from a Jake Mackenzie cross on 69.
