PRESCOT Cables staged a remarkable second-half comeback to leave third-placed Glossop shellshocked.
Glossop had claimed a halftime lead through Callum Chippendale’s determined goal on the half-hour in what had been an even first 45 minutes.
However, after the break Prescot raised their game and controlled the midfield, so it was against the run of play when Tunde Owolabi doubled the hosts’ lead on 74. But the Cables never gave up and goals from Lloyd Dean in the 78th and 80th minutes brought them level before the aptly named...
