■PROLIFIC Danny Rowe shot to the top of the National League charts as his double poured more misery on basement club Torquay United.
The AFC Fylde hitman moved into double figures with a goal in each half to condemn the Gulls to a third straight league defeat.
“It wasn’t a great performance but it was a brilliant result”, beamed Coasters chief Dave Challinor. “It was important that we bounced back from last weekend’s result at Aldershot. We now have to back it up with another home game [against Guiseley] on Tuesday night.”
