ALEX READ secured a vital win for Harlow in the 89th minute of this bottom-of-the-table clash.
Worthing twice took the lead, but were pegged back both times as each side finished the game with ten men.
Kieron Pamment gave Worthing the perfect start in the second minute when he burst free from the midfield and hit a piledriver past Hawks keeper David Hughes.
The Hawks drew level on 15 minutes when former Reading defender Ibrahima Sonko headed home from a corner.
