13-1? It’s a sham

IN REGARDS to Chesham beating a youthful
Merthyr 13-1, surely such a one-sided game should be declared null and void? For a start, it’s unfair on their rivals that Chesham have been given three points on a plate and handed a healthy goal difference which could have implications for all at the end of the season.
Secondly, if we are trying to attract more people into the lower leagues, then so many goals conceded in one match, far from being an entertaining goalfest,is just an embarrassment to Non-League football.
