THAMESMEADsurvived a stirring Horsham comeback to win a thriller at Lancing.
Danny Parish and Leon Smith scored to give Mead a two goal lead in the first nine minutes and the Hornets’ Matt Boiling twice cleared off the line in the first half before Parish made it 3-0 on the hour.
Tony Nwachukwu reduced the arrears only for Scott Kinch to add a fourth for the visitors. Hakeem Adelakun and Steve Metcalf netted for the hosts in a grandstand finish in which Adelakun had a goal disallowed.
