Structure: Justin Edinburgh has returned to 4-4-2

Sometimes managers seem to have Mike Bassett moments when it comes to formations, as was the case with my team’s former employee Steve Davis taking a ride on the tactics carousel.
What’s more frustrating is he then stayed faithful to a 3-5-2 formation that saw Leyton Orient fall to some of the poorest results I’ve seen. It has been uplifting then to watch on as Justin Edinburgh has returned us to the basics of 4-4-2. The future now looks bright for the O’s!
