TABLE-TOPPERS Kettering put in yet another professional performance at home as the Waders struggled on a challenging surface.
Despite conditions Kettering passed the ball confidently and thought they had the lead within six minutes but Rene Howe was adjudged to have pushed Lucas Perry in the back before nodding home.
The Poppies deservedly took the lead on 36 minutes through Matt Stevens who poked home a Rhys Hoenes pass.
