GULLS KEEPING THEM GUESSING

CANVEY ISLAND have been forced to juggle round their loan goalkeepers again as they continue to push for promotion in Bostik North.
Recent addition Jack Giddens has been recalled from his onemonth deal a few days early by Bostik Premier Billericay Town to cover any injury to Alan Julian, but the Gulls still have Henry Newcombe in reserve after returning to the squad from injury.
Giddens impressed during his six appearances for the Gulls, keeping two clean sheets and only tasting defeat on one occasion.
Newcombe is on a seasonlong loan from League Two Wycombe Wanderers and made 11 appearance...
