NEW BOY COREY IS TOO HOT FOR TOWN

MANAGERLESS FC Halifax Town missed the chance to move away from the National League relegation zone as two goals in five second-half minutes from debutant Corey Whitely and the excellent Luke Coulson moved Ebbsfleet United to within three points of the play-offs.
Matty Kosylo had caused the visitors countless problems during a onesided first half and his 37th minute penalty gave the hosts a deserved lead.
