I REALLY enjoyed your centre-spread feature last week on the four days that could change the face of the National League season (NLP, February 25).
I tend to agree. Beating Aldershot and then Tranmere away from home in the space of four days is a huge statement from John Askey’s Macclesfield, who are beginning to show their doubters that they have the big-game mentality to last the distance.
