FORMER Newport (Isle of Wight) manager and player Derek Ohren has returned to the relegationhaunted Wessex League Premier outfit in their hour of need.
Ohren previously had four years in charge at the club, winning the Isle of Wight Gold Cup during his first spell in charge.
He has been appointed as manager until the end of the season after boss Mike Kelly quit due to work commitments.
Kelly’s assistant Andrew Rimmer has left the club by mutual consent.
