FA CHIEFS AGREE TO RAD-ICAL CHANGE

FOOTBALL Association bosses have approved Radcliffe Borough’s request to change the club’s name to Radcliffe FC from the start of the 2018-19 season.
All references to the EVO-STIK League North club will now be referred to as Radcliffe FC from the beginning of the next campaign in a bid to strengthen its links with its local community.
Chairman Paul Hilton says the newlook club is now better placed to represent Radcliffe, alongside the town’s other sporting institutions.
