MARINERS DUO ‘ARE THE BEST’

MANAGING director Keith Finnigan believes South Shields duo Graham Fenton and Lee Picton are the best managerial team in Non- League football, writes MARK CARRUTHERS.
The joint-bosses, below, put pen-to-paper on new five-year deals with the Mariners on Friday, ensuring the club pulled off one of their key targets for the summer.
The duo have committed until the summer of 2023 and will continue to look after the club’s first team and academy.
