THE Midland League have distanced themselves from any responsibility for the “invisible anomaly” which was blamed for Tividale not being allowed promotion to the Premier Division.
The Beeches View Avenue club finished second in the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division but were denied promotion to the Midland Premier in favour of Division One runners-up Ilkeston Town.
