STEP 6 newboys Steeton will be moving in with Keighley Cougars rugby league club next season.
Promoted from the West Riding County Amateur League where they have been members for 33 years to the North West Counties League Division One North, they will play all their home games at the Cougar Park Stadium.
And the local MP has welcomed the fact that the town now has a team at this level.
Keighley MP John Grogan said for many years the town has had rugby union, rugby league and cricket teams but not a Non-League football team.
