GALINSKI TO LEAD PITMEN’S CHARGE

HEDNESFORD Town have been boosted by the news that experienced Stefan Galinski has agreed to join the Pitmen on a one-year deal.
The defender, who will skipper the side this season, led Grantham Town to the verge of promotion from the Northern Premier League last season. Under the captaincy of Galinski, the Gingerbreads made it to the play-off final before falling to a 2-0 defeat to Ashton United.
The 24-year-old centerback started his career with Derby County before leaving to join National League North club Boston United.
