MARK FITZPATRICK netted the only goal of the game as Dunston UTS battled to a hard-earned win against fellow Northern League side Morpeth Town.
The home side led with just 15 minutes on the clock.
Dan Lowson superbly denied Scott Heslop before the striker collected the loose ball and squared to Fitzpatrick to net from close range.
The visitors, beaten 4-1 at National League side Gateshead in midweek, almost equalised three minutes later.
