CARDS TO GET THEIR HOUSE IN ORDER

A PROPERTY developer has been given the green light by Woking Borough Council to redevelop the ground of National League South side Woking.
Council members voted 22-3 in favour of a feasibility study produced by Wayne Gold, owner of GolDev, which has proposed a new 10,000-seater stadium costing £10m coupled with over 900 flats.
The next step is for Gold to submit a planning application for 147 studio apartments, 348 one-bed apartments and 497 twobed apartments that will finance the proposals.
