NEEDHAM Market enjoyed the perfect start to life in the Premier Central, with Joseph Marsden netting twice in a convincing opening-day win at the Oval.
A disjointed and lethargic Bedworth trailed 3-0 at halftime and Needham cruised to a well-earned three points. The visitors’ bright start was rewarded after just eight minutes when Bedworth failed to clear a Callum Burgess corner and Keiran Morphew prodded home.
