D’Sane makes the difference

EDDIE D’Sane scored the only goal as Whyteleafe battled past Herne Bay in a war of attrition at Safety Net Stadium.
Apart from the opening ten minutes, Whyteleafe dominated the rest of the first half with their quick attacks down either flank.
They were quicker to the ball, forcing errors out of Bay’s defenders and their constant pressure paid off in the 39th minute when D’Sane was bundled over in the box.
He was rather fortunate with his penalty kick as his placed kick went in off the foot of keeper Jordan Beeney.
