FATIGUE: Gateshead manager Steve Watson

SO, it only took the third game of the new season for the first manager to claim his side looked tired after a long summer.
That was the reason Gateshead manager Steve Watson gave after their 1-1 draw at Boreham Wood on Tuesday night – despite scoring an 88th-minute equaliser!
I can’t wait to see what he says when they lose a game in December ! It’s a bit early in the season to wheel out the ‘we looked tired’ excuse, Steve!
