PHOENIX should of wrapped the games up in the first half, missing several guilt edged chances but Lancing were the better team in the second half and deserve a replay.
Phoenix took the lead on 36 minutes when a Ashley Probers cross was volleyed in by Jeff Duah-Kessie.
The second came a minute into the second half when Jack Barry found Danny Youngs, whose powerful shit took a slight deflection and flew in.
Ten minutes later, a good ball across the face of goal from Jack Rowe-Hurst was guided in to the bottom corner by Matt Daniel.
