WORTHING pulled off a trademark FA Cup upset by defeating Chelmsford City.
Defender James Crane gave the visitors an undeserved lead. The Clarets had dominated the opening stages but fell behind as Crane rose unmarked.
Substitute Chris Whelpdale restored parity six minutes into the second half, although the Vanarama National League South side could not hold on as Worthing took the lead once more in the cup tie.
