Blackmore nets brace to rescue The Met

AN ENTHRALLING FA Cup tie, in a firstever meeting between the two sides, ended all square as Tiverton took the lead three times but could not hold onto their advantage to book their place in the next round.
Tom Bath got Tiverton off to a dream start, heading home a Nick Hurst cross in the fourth minute.
But Met Police were not downbeat and to their credit replied just two minutes later through Max Blackmore – it was his second goal in sucessive games.
