Whatever happened to Trowbridge?

I HAVE obtained copies of the Non-League Paper for the last five or six years and there is one thing which remains a complete mystery to me.
Can someone tell me why the Wiltshire town of Trowbridge – I think it may even be the county town – doesn’t have a football club? I’ve checked all the Step 5 and 6 leagues in and around the Western region and can’t find any evidence that they have a team at that level, unless they are known by a different name?
