Sweeney swoops to Pitmen’s rescue

HEDNESFORD and Bamber Bridge were forced to settle for a point thanks to two second half goals.
The Pitmen started the game on the front foot and should really have been ahead in the fifth minute but Michael Howard fired well over the goal when well placed.
The visitors started to come more into the game as the half wore on and had a great chance in the 22nd minute but Matthew Argent- Barnes lifted his effort well over the goal with just goalkeeper Josef Bursik to beat.
