NO GOALS BUT PLENTY OF SPICE IN STALEMATE

MARINE were held to a feisty goalless draw by Hyde in the Northern Premier League.
Hyde started the better of the two sides, showing their class, offering Marine a bigger threat than Lancaster City did earlier in the week.
The game got feisty in the latter stages of the first half with aggro being shown toward Chris Doyle following an altercation with Jerome Wright, which resulted in the Hyde man being given a yellow card.
Marine started the second half well and the home crowd were in better voice than in the first half when the Hyde fans sang their lungs out.
