DUNSTON UTS remain top and unbeaten after Mark Fitzpatrick’s penalty gave them a 1-0 win at Ashington.
Consett stayed level with Dunston after hammering lowly Seaham Red Star 7-2.
They led 2-0 at the break, Luke Carr scoring on two minutes and Michael Mackay on 22 minutes. Mackay made it three from the spot, with Danny Craggs, twice, Nathan Lawrence and Michael Sweet also scoring.
Bishop Auckland romped to a 5-1 win over North Shields. Bishops led 2- 1 at the break, Chris Winn’s opener followed by Michael Hoganson’s stunner.
