FAMILY AFFAIR AT EASTBOURNE

FATHER-and-son team Jason and Arron Hopkinson have taken over the reigns at Southern Combination Premier basement side Eastbourne United AFC as a massive clear-out of players takes place.
However, it will be son Arron in charge with dad Jason, the former Lewes and Hastings United manager as his assistant.
The pair have replaced Ryan Cooper, who this week parted company with the club after taking just two points from their first 16 league games.
Eastbourne player Arron has been out of action with a long-term injury.
