TOUGH: Martin Allen won only four league games at Chesterfield

MARTIN Allen’s failure as manager of Chesterfield just shows that opting for a bigger fish with bigger resources doesn’t always prove to be the right move.
Last season, he almost pulled off a near miracle in keeping Barnet in the Football League, now at Chesterfield he will be remembered for much different reasons.
