The visitors scored early via Brian Haule’s spinning 20-yard volley before Bruno Brito doubled the lead.
Aylesbury goalkeeper Matthew Crowther was in fine form but on 83 minutes, Lewis Gabbidon pulled one back.
Two minutes later, Anaclet Odhiambo equalised and in added time, Odhiambo stole the points with his second.
