WED 6 MATLOCK Town boss Dave Freckington has resigned himself to losing talented young defender Ashton Hall after he impressed on a trial at Championship high-fliers Leeds United this week.
Frecklington watched the 18-year-old turn in an “outstanding” performance for the Whites’ Under 18s side in a 3-0 behind-closed-doors friendly victory over Shrewsbury on Tuesday.
