Scrimshaw keeps play-off hopes alive

POOLE recorded their fourth consecutive home win with victory over Frome Town despite playing the game with only ten men for the last half hour.
Poole got off to an excellent start, taking the lead on eight minutes when Marvin Brooks chested down to Jake Scrimshaw who found the far corner of the net.
Corby Moore’s long range shot brought a good save from Rob Brown.
Scrimshaw got his second with Brooks again the provider – heading down to Scrimshaw who hit the ball fairly centrally but Brown failed to save.
