RUNCORN Linnets secured an emphatic victory against Market Drayton Town at the Millbank Linnets Stadium, with two goals in each half from the home side enough to claim a comfortable three points.
Runcorn started well and took the lead after only eight minutes.
Tom Bailey’s effort from the penalty spot was saved, but Peter Wylie met the resulting corner at the far post and headed the ball home.
