STEVE Davies’ double kept Evesham United firmly in the Division One South play-off hunt as they sunk Fleet Town 4-0.
Evesham seemed to have put their recent patchy form behind them when they found the net on 12 minutes, a floated Adam Page cross forced home from close range by Davies.
The hosts got a deserved second goal on 35 minutes when Davies tapped in.
