LUKE Robertson ensured Met Police continued their title chase with first-half winner to see off stubborn Kings Langley.
Robertson struck six minutes before the break as Police passed a stern test to move to within two points of leaders Weymouth.
It a hugely tight game with the weather playing a key role throughout the encounter against a determined Langley outfit.
The Blues, though, used the wind to their advantage in the first half as they had a few chances in the air that was dealt with by the impressive Jordan Johnson.
