A SUPERB strike from Jonny Margetts looked to have earned Matlock maximum points from the scrappiest of derby tussles – only for Mason Warren to earn ten-man Mickleover a point 90 seconds later.
Whether Warren’s strike will be valuable in Sports’ relegation fight remains to be seen, but the point was ultimately more use to midtable Matlock than a Mickleover side desperate for the points.
