He connected with a dipping ball on the volley, directing it out of goalkeeper Greg Hall’s reach, after a long pass forward.
Visiting custodian Saul Deeney had reacted brilliantly to parry Lewis Doyle’s stinging shot at the other end 60 seconds earlier.
