RESPONSIBILITY: AFC Fylde’s Danny Rowe
WHILE the two persons who invaded the pitch at Edgeley Park last Saturday were completely in the wrong, a portion of the blame must also be accepted by the AFC Fylde players – primarily former Stockport player Danny Rowe, who goaded and taunted the home fans after scoring, rather than celebrating with their own fans.
Players have a high level of responsibility to act in a decent and professional manner – not make inflammatory gestures towards opposing fans.
