WELL done to Swallownest FC. My son and I went to see Swallownest take on Shirebrook Town in the Northern Counties East League Division One on Tuesday night and what an excellent night we had!
A really entertaining game of football played on a good surface, a nice welcome and half the gate receipts being donated to the charity MIND.
The programme was also excellent for Step 6 level to read before kickof f, packed with features and league tables. And to top it all off, we won five boxes of chocolates in the raffle! T his is what Non- League football is about.
